Franklin (“Frank”) D. Feiler launched his own business consulting firm after nearly four decades of managerial, growth-building development and hands-on business experience.

He previously served as Vice President of Operations and Development at Transworld Business Advisors, LLC, for 12 years (February, 2000 to February, 2012).

During his tenure at Transworld, Mr. Feiler was instrumental in successfully recruiting, training, and leading a sales force of over 80 brokers generating $10 million in annual commission revenue. He oversaw the sales department, which closed on over 300 transactions per year. Frank also successfully helped to develop and launch a national franchise program for Transworld, resulting in the opening of 45 franchise firms located across 14 states in its first year of being offered.

Prior to Transworld, he held a similar position with Stoltz Companies, a multi-million dollar real estate firm also located in Boca Raton, Florida. He led the business brokerage division of Stoltz for over 10 years, until joining Transworld.

Executive Level Experience across Industries and Franchises

Frank founded F.D. Feiler Consultants, a full service management consulting firm specializing in the executive search arena within the food service industry, in 1979. He managed this firm through 1986, when he transitioned into business brokerage.

Earlier in his career, Frank held positions as Director of Action Programs and Administration for the National Restaurant Association (NRA) in Washington, DC, where he assisted in membership growth from 100,000 members to 120,000 during his 2 year tenure.  Prior to NRA, he was Director of Corporate Public Relations and Communications for Friendly Restaurant Corporation in Springfield, MA, where he oversaw the Grand Openings of 305 new store locations over a 5-year period. He also served as Executive Vice President of both the Pennsylvania and Michigan Restaurant Associations concurrently.

Frank has worked with business owners in retail, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, professional services, and many other industries. He is an accomplished executive who is well-respected in the business world.

Recognized by Peers for Professionalism and Community Service

Frank Feiler was awarded a Life Membership in the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), in 2011, where he frequently has taught the new broker orientation course, and has spoken at various industry conferences on business brokerage topics. He is a dynamic public speaker on a wide array of business topics, and available as a speaker to any group.

He is a former Chapter Vice President and board member of the Florida Business Brokers Association (FBBA), where he obtained the designation as a certified business broker intermediary (CBBI), a well recognized designation indicating his proficiency in his field.

The Mayor and City Council of Boca Raton, FL, appointed Mr. Feiler to the Boca Raton Airport Board Authority in 2006. He was elected as the board’s chairman by his fellow board members.

  • George Snow Scholarship Fund, Past Chairman. In this capacity Frank helped raise in excess of $1 million dollars in college funding for high performing yet financially challenged high school students
  • Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Mentor Program, co-founder.
  • Florida Atlantic University (FAU) past Chairman, Owl Club Booster
  • Florida Region Rolls Royce Owners Club, past Chairman, 3 terms

A Distinguished Veteran

Mr. Feiler is a decorated veteran of the United States Air Force (1963 to 1967), where he served in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam era. His hobbies include collecting antique and classic automobiles, Tailgating Chef, and protecting the free enterprise system in America.
